The Parish: Has it Had its Day?

St Mellitus College opens its doors on October the 9th at 7pm for this event discussing The Parish: Has it Had its Day? 

Organised by SCM Press and Church times, this ‘Moral Maze’–style panel event explores The Parish and its future. This topic will be discussed by the expert panel, perspectives proposed by 4 witnesses, then cross–examined by the panel, with final reflections bringing the evening to a close.

The witnesses:

Andy Milne, leading a Fresh Expression in Bradford, and author of The DNA of Pioneer Ministry

David Goodhew, a Church Growth expert and author of Fresh!: An Introduction to Fresh Expressions of Church and Pioneer Ministry

Alison Milbank, theologian and author of For the Parish

Andrew Rumsey, rector of Oxted and author of Parish: An Anglican Theology of Place
